Lincap advises IDT Biologika as Sole Debt Advisor in Relation to a Club Deal Financing of EUR 165 Million

 

Lincap has advised IDT Biologika as sole debt advisor in relating to the structuring and placement of a club deal loan financing of EUR 165 million. Purpose of the transaction is the financing of a substantial capital expenditure program, acquisitions as well as general corporate uses.

 

Lenders are Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank, HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt, Helaba, NordLB, Unicredit and Bremer Kreditbank.
